In the nominations received for this month’s Star, the quality that most stood out was her ability to be an effective team player. Being a good teammate is more than just being liked by your coworkers, it is a collection of characteristics that include accountability, commitment, and integrity, to name a few. We are excited to introduce you to Jessica Boren, Loan Assistant, in our Creekside Park (The Woodlands) office. Jessica, congratulations on being selected as our March Star of the Month.
As mentioned above, Jessica consistently works for the betterment of her team in The Woodlands. She takes the time to build new, and lasting, relationships with customers ensuring their loan needs are met in a timely manner and with complete accuracy. She joined Austin Bank in October of 2021 and brought with her several years of previous banking experience. Consistently striving to learn more, Jessica willingly shares any knowledge gained with her teammates – consummately committed to the success of the group. Her positive mental attitude keeps team morale high, and she never hesitates to step up to any task assigned to her. Retail Office Manager, Alexandria Rogers, adds, “Jessica has aided tremendously in the success of our office.”
Jessica lives in Conroe with her two children – Mason and McKinley. She is a graduate of The Woodlands High School and is currently pursuing a degree at Lone Star Community College. She enjoys spending time with her friends, family and Boston Terrier puppy.
“Jessica is a tremendous asset to the Creekside Park team and Austin Bank in general. She is one of the hardest working people I know and I could not do my job without her!”
Daniel Wolfson, SVP/Market President, Creekside Park
“Jessica has been instrumental in the significant loan growth and success of Daniel Wolfson and the Creekside Park location. She partners extremely well with Daniel and the rest of the team and her knowledge of the lending process has grown significantly since joining Austin Bank.”
Lowell Little, EVP/Regional President, Cleveland
“This recognition is so well deserved for Jessica. She is highly determined and driven to learn everything she can – always willing to share her expertise. Jessica is a wealth of knowledge and cares genuinely for her customers and fellow coworkers. She makes work days fun, and we are fortunate to have her!”
