June 2024 - Star of the Month - Daniel Lowe

Just as you would have a clutch player, or a difference maker, on a sports team – someone you can count on to always deliver when needed – it is the same in work environments. This month’s Star exhibits many of those same qualities, being the go-to person for their teammates, the fixer, the one who steps up in tough situations, and helps when needed. We are happy to introduce you to Daniel Lowe, Telephone Customer Service Representative (CSR), and honor his selection as our June Star of the Month.

Daniel joined Austin Bank in April 2022 when a new division of our Customer Care Center was opened in the downtown Jacksonville office. These individuals are the front line employees helping with every phone call coming in to the bank. He brought with him previous service experience from two local businesses. Daniel has garnered the respect and admiration of his fellow coworkers through his natural desire to help others – whether it be to find an answer to a difficult problem, to help with manual tasks around the office, or to cover shifts in the absence of others.

He makes the effort to go one step further than is expected to provide exceptional service to the customers he helps on the phone. He is knowledgeable, consistently positive, and proud to be on the Austin Bank team. Daniel is a cheerleader for his teammates, sharing his knowledge and fostering a collaborative workplace where each employee can operate at their best every day while working with the bank’s customers.

A graduate of Rusk High School, Daniel currently lives in Jacksonville with his chocolate lab, Sir Percy. In addition to spending time with family and friends, he enjoys playing 8 ball, cheering on the Las Vegas Raiders and designing business logos in his spare time. Daniel is a volunteer at the HOPE Kitchen in Jacksonville.

Best customer service in the business. Daniel is a world class person with excellent work ethics. Having known this young man for most of his life I can say it does not shock me to see him excelling in his profession. Huge congrats Daniel!
