This month’s Star is an employee who daily demonstrates a positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach in his workplace. Consistently striving to learn more and grow professionally, he is a conscientious coworker and provides excellent customer service to his customers. We are proud to share that Logan Redding, Treasury Management Sales Associate, is our January 2025 Star of the Month.
Logan joined the Austin Bank team in March 2019 as a teller in the Gladewater office. Quickly moving into a customer service representative role, he continued to seek new opportunities, transitioning to be an administrative assistant for the deposit operations department in 2021. Logan moved into the Treasury Management department in 2022 as a client service administrator where he assisted business customers with treasury management products. He is one to always think outside of the box in order to streamline processes and help the bank, and its customers, work more efficiently. Logan takes on extra tasks willingly and actively seeks solutions to questions to better serve customers. His tenacity and dedication earned him another role in the department as he moved to his current position as treasury sales associate in early 2024.
Logan is respectful and has a strong work ethic. His willingness to help fosters a supportive and collaborative work environment as he seeks to identify new opportunities and find innovative solutions. In his current role he is responsible for managing several treasury products in addition to accompanying sales representatives and relationship managers on customer calls. He assists with providing training for bank employees on the treasury department products, and serves as a mentor in the bank’s Mentorship program.
A graduate of Union Grove High School, Logan and his wife, Liz, reside in Longview. He enjoys gaming as well as spending time with friends and family.
“Logan goes above and beyond to provide stellar customer service. He has a positive attitude and doesn’t just do his job, but is extremely hardworking, dependable, and always striving for more knowledge.”
Misty Cox, Vice President/Senior Treasury Management Officer, Lufkin
