Dustin (Dusty) Brown has joined Austin Bank as Vice President and Relationship Manager in the Austin Bank Nacogdoches office.

Brown began his banking career at Commercial Bank of Texas in 2000 where he served as a teller, customer service representative, branch supervisor, credit analyst and commercial lender. He then spent one year as Market President for UBank.
Francis Spruiell, Austin Bank’s Regional President, comments, “With his experience and strong desire to be involved in our community, we feel Dusty will be an outstanding leader for us as we focus on increasing market share in Nacogdoches and Nacogdoches County.”
Brown is a graduate of Woden High School and attended Stephen F. Austin University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance and an MBA in Management. He and his wife, Kami, live in Garrison with their children Mallory and Cole. Active in his community, Brown is a Director for The Helping House, a committee member and Sales Chair for the Pineywoods Fair and Past President of the Nacogdoches Jaycees.
Due to construction in the Nacogdoches office, Brown will be working temporarily from the Austin Bank Garrison location until he joins the lending team in Nacogdoches.
