Account Features
Checking Account
Your HSA will be deposited with Austin Bank. You will receive a monthly account statement, which details all deposits and withdrawals. If you have written checks, you will receive images of the checks with your statement. Your account balances are FDIC insured up to the limits imposed by the FDIC.
Austin Bank Check & ATM Debit Card
Your Check & ATM Debit Card can be used for your convenience to make qualified healthcare purchases anywhere MasterCard is accepted. Purchases will be automatically deducted from your HSA.
Checks
If you ordered HSA Checks, you will receive a special supply of Health Savings Account checks that can be used to pay for your qualified healthcare expenses.
Interest Rates
Interest on your HSA accrues daily on the actual collected balance. Interest rate is set periodically and is paid quarterly.
Internet Access
Monitor your account balance and activity with Austin Bank Online Banking at www.austinbank.com. Once your HSA is established, go to www.austinbank.com to sign up.
Telephone Banking
You will have toll free access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, FREE at 1-888-758-2265 or 903-586-2265.

• Account Set Up Fee: $15.00 (one time fee)
• Monthly Maintenance Fee: $5.00 if minimum balance is below $100.00
